Beam Line & Sawing

We have 14 production cutting vertical and horizontal saws for cutting bars, pipes, tubes, wide flange, I-beams, etc. We can miter cut up to 60 degrees in either direction and our CNC saws can stack cut or bundle cut with automatic indexing and infeed.

The Ficep CNC Beam line has a 36” x 36” horizontal mitering saw integrated with 4 axis CNC machine center and a 12 station automatic tool changer. It can drill, counter sink and etch just about any structural steel part weighing up to 300 lbs. per foot. After machining and part making, the saw cuts the zero and end positions under CNC control.
