Service Steel has tremendous plate processing capability. No facility in the Northwest can match our variety of cutting services or our capacity. We have 20 plate cutting machines. These include 10 laser cutting systems, such as the 6000 watt Tanaka LMX-V and the 6000 watt Bystronic Bystar 4020.

We also have 8 flame/plasma machines, including 2 Kinetic K4000s. These two machines have integrated CNC machine centers with 30 tool automatic tool changers and through tool coolant. They can Drill, Mill, Bore, Tap, Ream, Countersink, Counter Bore and even Circular Interpolate parts before they are profile cut. That means machined parts are done with zero setup time!
