LASERS – 10 Machines:

  • (1) Tanaka LMX-V, with 6000 watt resonator, 13’ x 87’ cut area and 1.25” max cutting thickness. This laser has 5 axis beveling capabilities.
  • (1) Tanaka LMX-II, with 3500 watt resonator, 8’6” x 42’ sheet size and 3/4” max cutting thickness.
  • (1) Bystronic 4020 with 6000 watt resonator, 6’6” x 13’ sheet size and 1.25″ max cutting thickness.
  • (1) Prima 4020 with 5000 watt resonator, 6’6” x 13’ sheet size and 1.25″ max cutting thickness.
  • (1) Bystronic Byspeed 4020 with 4400 watt resonator, 6’6” x 13’ sheet size and 1″ max cutting thickness.

  • (1) Bystronic 3015 with 3500 watt resonator, 5’ x 10’ sheet size and 3/4” max cutting thickness. This laser has a 4th rotary axis that can cut square, round and rectangular tubing up to 12 inches in diameter.
  • (1) Bystronic 3015 with 3500 watt resonator, 5’ x 10’ sheet size and 3/4” max cutting thickness.

    • NOTE: Both of the 3015 lasers are connected to a robotically controlled loader, storage tower and cut parts unloader/stacker. This system is particularly suited for large scale production runs, often thousands of parts. This system can run unattended and will operate nonstop until the 36,000 lb. capacity storage tower is emptied.

FLAME/PLASMA – 8 Machines:

  • (1) 2006 Kinetic model K4000 with (2) flame heads and (2) HPR260 High Def Plasma heads each. 18’ x 70’ table size and 12” max thickness. (1) 5 axis rotary head. This machine can do 5 axis beveling. It can bevel complex geometries in 5 axis’s on plate up to 8” thick.
  • (1) 2006 Kinetic model K4000 with (2) flame heads and (2) HPR260 High Def Plasma heads each. 18’ x 70’ table size and 12” max thickness.
  • (1) 2000 Kinetic model K3000 With (2) Hypertherm HT4400 plasma heads 12’ x 65’ sheet size, and up to 2” stainless, aluminum or steel max thickness. (1) Flame head. (1) 5 axis rotary head. This machine can do 5 axis beveling. It can bevel complex geometries in 5 axis’s on plate up to 8” thick.
  • (1) 2001 Kinetic model K3000 with (4) Flame heads, (1) HPR260 High Def Plasma head, 12’ x 65’ sheet size, and 12” max thickness.
  • (1) 2008 Kinetic K2500 with (4) flame heads and (1) HPR260 plasma head. 12’ x 66’ cutting table.
  • (1) 2004 Kinetic K1200 High def plasma table with 8’ x 20’ sheet size and a HPR 130 cutting head.
  • (1) 1995 ESAB/Ltec CM350 with (4) flame heads, 12’ x 30’ sheet size and 12” max thickness.
  • (1) 1987 MG with (8) flame heads and 12” max thickness.

    • NOTE: The two K4000 machines have integrated CNC machine centers with 30 tool automatic tool changers and through-tool coolant. They can Drill, Mill, Bore, Tap, Ream, Countersink and Counter Bore parts before they are profile cut. That means machined parts are done with zero setup time.
