Virtek LaserQC

We have an ongoing commitment to improving the quality of our work as well as our customers’ continued satisfaction. One important quality control tool we utilize is the Virtek LaserQC advanced, rapid, 2D laser quality inspection scanner.

Parts are inspected right on the shop floor where confirmation of quality control occurs as close to the originating process as possible. This immediate feedback helps protect against time-consuming rework and ensures conformance to our customer's desired specification.

6-Axis ROMER Absolute Arm 7545

ROMER arms have fundamentally changed coordinate metrology by going where traditional measuring machines can’t. For workpieces that are large, difficult to move, or cannot be moved to an offline inspection station, dimensional inspection at the point of production is essential. With ROMER arms, you take the CMM to the part, instead of taking the part to the CMM. The ability to quickly measure parts wherever and whenever required allows manufacturers to ensure quality, control processes, reduce scrap and eliminate re-work. Portable metrology devices not only need to be accurate, they must be reliable in less than favorable production conditions.
